  • When you purchase an item from Wardrobe Direct, please be aware we do not assemble the product(s) unless stated otherwise and we are not legally obliged to assemble rather our duty at the most is to bring the item at the passage of your home, however, we do help out customers be brought into a room or their choice. If a customer refuses to accept a delivery on the basis that they wanted the product(s) assembled without giving us prior notice or not paying the assembly fee, then we will refund the customer as part of the 7-day cooling-off period, however, we will deduct the delivery fee which has been incurred.
  • We only offer assembly on some of our products but not all, therefore please do enquire beforehand if you need a product assembled on the specific product.
  • If you need a product assembled, it can cost between £20-£50 depending on the item.

  • Usually, our couriers will bring the item into your house and leave it in the passageway. If you would like the item to be brought into a toom of your choice, they are able too, however, we cannot be held responsible for damage which may occur in the process.
  • We are not obliged to bring the item above ground floor hence if an individual refuses to accept delivery because of this then we will offer a refund but the delivery fee incurred will be deducted from the payment.
  • We do believe customer satisfaction is a key factor in business hence if you need help to put upstairs, we may be able to help however we would need prior notice as our standard delivery team is 1 man. A fee of £10-£20 will be charged for delivering it above the ground floor.

  • We at Wardrobe Direct only accept returns on items that have not been damaged by the customer with 7 working days starting from the day after you receive delivery in which we flow the 7-day cooling-off policy. If 7 days have passed we cannot offer a refund or exchange the item unless there are exceptional circumstances which have to be approved by management.
  • We do not accept returns on bespoke/custom made items, this includes our bed collection so please consider before you make a custom offer or buy a bespoke item.
  • We will only accept returns which are brand new still in original packaging, items which are supplied flat packed will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition, brand new still in original packaging, the buyer pays all delivery and return costs
  • The return delivery must be arranged by the customer to our storage address in London, UK or if possible, we can collect it but the delivery fee will be deducted off the refund money.
